This royal throne of kings, this sceptred isle, This earth of majesty, this seat of Mars, This other Eden, demi-paradise, This fortress built by Nature for herself Against infection and the hand of war, This happy breed of men, this little world, This precious stone set in the silver sea, Which serves it in the office of a wall Or as a moat defensive to a house, Against the envy of less happier lands,-- This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England. ~~William Shakespeare, Richard III

Looking for Suggestions and Opinions!

I have been tossing the idea around lately to change the name of my blog. It has crossed my mind that the name may not really represent what I include on my blog. I like the name but have wondered if it just doesn't...fit.

That being said, I have found my creativity streak sadly lacking of late and have had no luck coming up with a possible new name. So, I ask those of you who follow my blog two questions:

1. Should I consider changing the name of my blog?

and

2. If I change it can you give me some suggestions? :)

  1. You could use one of the poetic phrases in the Shakespeare quote in the header, I suppose.

  2. funny - I've been thinking of changing the name of mine as well but I don't have a whole lot of creativity when it comes to these things (hence the very boring name that I currently have!!). I actually like the name of your blog. If you are wanting the title to indicate that the focus is on books, maybe just add the word "book" before kingdom. Sorry, that's the extent of my creativity for the day!!

  3. Personally, I like the name butI would use "Robin" instead of "Gwyn"! That would make it a little more personal (unless you don't want it to be more personal).

You actually write about more than books and reading so I don't know that you would want to be that specific in the title.

  4. That's a good point, Lynn. I do have more than just books mentioned on here.
