July 12, 1472 - Richard, Duke of Gloucester married Lady Anne Neville, daughter of the Earl of Warwick. They lived at Middleham until he became king.July 12, 1543 - Henry VIII married his sixth wife Catherine Parr at Hampton Court Palace. All three of his children were present.
If only they could have stayed at Middleham!
